In late March the DPW Board finalized a contract with EH Perkins Construction of Hudson, MA to complete road reconstruction work on Cliff Road between Route 9 and the Weston Town Line. It is expected that the work will start in mid-May and take three to four months to complete. The work includes drainage system improvements, sidewalk replacement and sidewalk extensions, new pavement, pavement markings and signs. The work will largely occur weekdays between 8am and 4pm and will occasionally require detours and one-direction traffic constrictions. If you have the option of avoiding the area, that is advised.
The Department of Public Works will provide periodic updates to this project on the Town's home page (www.wellesleyma.gov), under the "Current Projects" area.
