Open gym in offered during times that we do not have programs occurring. Please understand that the department is charged with providing structured program opportunities for residents. We will make the gym available for drop in basketball whenever we can, based on the program schedule. There may be periods of time when the gym is not available. We do not have control over or access to any of the school gyms, so we can not make them available to residents.
Everyone must sign in at the Recreation Office.
-An adult (21+) must accompany each elementary school & younger participant. No elementary school age or younger children after 4:30 pm.
-Middle School age participants must have at least one adult (21+) in the building for your group. A group is defined as no more than 4 children per adult. The adult takes responsibility for supervision of their group.
-For purposes of supervision, an adult is someone age 21+.
-No organized teams.
-High school age participants may also come to adult drop-in times.
-Everyone must sign in at the Recreation Office– FULL NAME & PHONE NUMBER.

Open Gym donation: $1.00 per person for college age and younger; $5.00 per adult. All money to scholarship fund.

Rules for Open Gym
1 NO loitering in or around the facility
2. NO gum is allowed.
3. NO food or drinks are allowed except water.
4. No profanity.
5. No dunking and NO hanging on the rims. ( Lowered hoops are not to be used by participants.)
6. Fighting or arguing is cause for immediate dismissal from the facility.
7. Display respectful and courteous behavior towards staff and other program participants.
8. Organized teams may not practice during pick up basketball.
9 Alcoholic beverages, smoking or chewing tobacco is not allowed.
10 Drugs of any nature are not allowed in or around the facility.
11 Parents are responsible for their children's actions.
