Here are some tips that may make your electronic payment go more smoothly:
• Review the Frequently Asked questions section before doing anything else
• Allow about 15-20 minutes to register and enter your payment information
• You only have to register the first time you use the system. All future Real Estate and Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes can be paid without re-registering.
• Make note of your client ID and password for future reference
• You are a "bill payer"
• When browsing to find your real estate bill DO NOT hit the "close" button under the drop-down menu--the "close" button will take you back to the beginning! Choosing an option will take you automatically to the next screen
