Welcome to the Town of Wellesley benefit information page.   


exclamationJust a reminder…all benefit eligible employees who want to keep their benefits after July 1st MUST verify their selections by using one of two options by the end of Open Enrollment on May 17th:

OPTION ONE:  Self-enrollment tool: www.aflacatwork.com/enroll

**A username and password (your PIN number) are required to access the tool and to sign off on you benefits. Login instructions can be found here.

OPTION TWO: Meet with a benefit specialist

**The schedule of where and when benefit specialists will be available can be found here.

Your benefits and insurance coverages will be cancelled if you do not verify your selections. Your selections DO NOT automatically roll over, except for your health insurance.


Please be advised that changes to your benefits can only be made during the first 30 days after a life event (birth, death, adoption, marriage, divorce, etc.) or during open enrollment.  Newly hired benefit eligible employees have 30 days from their start date to make benefit selections.

  1. Health-Insurance


    The town offers a wide variety of health plans for its benefit eligible employees.  A benefit eligible employee is defined as an employee who is regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.

    Long Term Disability insurance is provided to all benefit eligible employees.  Employees have the ability to choose one of two different levels of coverage.  

  1. Altus Dental


    Dental insurance now falls under the category of additional insurances for FY20 Open Enrollment.  To review the different options offered, click the Altus Dental icon above.

  2. Aflac


    Life is expensive.  Accidents happen.  Aflac's accident, hospital and/or critical illness insurance offerings to eligible employees may help to offset life's unexpected events. Check out the new options and see which one (or all?) may be right for you!  

  1. EyeMed


    EyeMed is one of the additional insurance options for benefit eligible Town employees.  EyeMed offers a wide variety of benefits to its members.  Check out all EyeMed has to offer and see if this benefit is right for you!

  2. aflac life

    Life is expensive and unpredictable.  This year, a new supplemental life insurance policy of up to $150,000 guaranteed issue is being offered by Aflac to benefit eligible Town Employees during the FY20 open enrollment period.  Protect your family today!
