The Town of Wellesley provides health and dental insurance to employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Employees can sign up for benefits within their first thirty (30) days of employment, during the annual open enrollment or thirty (30) calendar days immediately following a life event. Proof of relationship documents are required for anyone other than the employee on a health or dental insurance plan. Acceptable proof of relationship documents are as follows: a marriage certificate for a spouse and birth certificate or adoption papers for each eligible dependent.
