Wellesley's Wonderful Weekend is planned for May 21-22, 2022.

Festivities begin with a FREE outdoor movie night on Thursday, May 19. Watch "Forrest Gump" on a 40-inch screen in the Tailby commuter rail lot. Sign up in advance on the Wellesley Recreation Department website.
Saturday, May 21
- Pancake Festival - 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wellesley High School, hosted by Wellesley Kiwanis Club and WHS Key Club
- Centennial Reservation walking tour - 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., hosted by the Wellesley Trails Committee
- "Touch a Truck"- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., DPW Headquarters (20 Municipal Way), hosted by the Department of Public Works
- Wellesley Police Department Bike Safety event (for children under 12) - 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Tailby Parking Lot, hosted by WPD and Wellesley Kiwanis Club
- Art in the Park - Noon to 2:30 p.m., Simons Park, hosted by Wellesley Public Art Committee and Wellesley Women Artisans
- Pooch Parade - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Hunnewell Field, hosted by Wellesley Rotary Club and the Celebrations Committee

- Wonder Run 5K and 1K Kids Fun Run - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Wellesley High School, hosted by Wellesley Hills Junior Women's Club
- Wheels of Wellesley IX antique car show - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Central Street, hosted by Wellesley Celebrations Committee
- 54th Annual Veterans Parade: "The 90th Anniversary of the Purple Heart" - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. along Washington Street, hosted by the Celebrations Committee
- Picnic in the Park, Concerts, and Fireworks at Hunnewell Field - 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., hosted by Roche Bros/Sudbury Farms, Wellesley Dental Group & Drs. Ali & Ali, and other sponsors
