Mindful Living Meditation - 11:00 a.m. - All members are invited to join us for another hour long guided meditation with Lisa Campbell, our Mindful Living Instructor. You do not need a membership or account, you will simply click here to gain access on Friday. This is a a beneficial class and we hope to see you there! From Barrios' last work inspired by a passing beggar, a 21st century lullaby for a little girl, a Spanish dance, and a place where our minds quiet, to a 13th century legend and much in between. It will be an exciting concert, online for our members!Our Community Service Bears Group is actively making masks for volunteers and workers in the community. If you happen to have unused 1/8 inch elastic they are taking donations. Please drop off the sealed, brand new elastic to the COA.
