Mindfulness with Neil Motenko

How can we deal skillfully with the wide range of emotions and thoughts and the reactivity that can arise as we meet significant challenges in our lives? In A Series on Mindfulness, Neil Motenko will continue to discuss how mindfulness can help us navigate our way through these challenges, including those presented by the pandemic. It will be interactive, include at least two guided meditation practices, and cover basic mindfulness principles. Each session in the series is self-sufficient, so newcomers are always welcome.
