Brunch Cooking Class with Roberta Hing
Tuesday, June 9^th – 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Join chef, Roberta Hing as she teaches some simple techniques and delicious brunch dishes that can be replicated at home (even for dinner!) We will start with a savory bread pudding with goat cheese and shallots as the star dish in our brunch. We will also make delicious almond poppy seed scones and end with warm caramelized bananas. Recipes will be provided ahead of time for planning and shopping. Please contact us to register!
