Roberta Hing Cooking Class
from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We will learn some simple techniques and delicious brunch dishes that can be replicated at home (even for dinner)! We will start with a savory bread pudding with goat cheese and shallots as the star dish in our brunch. We will also make delicious almond poppy seed scones and end with warm caramelized bananas.Call the COA to get the recipes ahead of time for planning and shopping.
