Mindfulness Series with Neil Motenko

Albert Einstein said, “I think 99 times and I find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me.” Mindfulness — or “insight” — meditation can help us see things “ just as they are,” with clarity and wisdom. It can afford us the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, cultivating a deeper insight into what makes us tick — i.e., into our minds, our hearts, our habitual thinking and reactivity, our history and conditioning. In the next session of A Series on Mindfulness with Neil Motenko, on Monday, August 10, 1:30 - 2:45 pm, via Zoom we will explore how mindfulness can help us develop a compassionate self-awareness and wisdom in meeting our challenges. The session will be interactive, include guided practices, and cover basic mindfulness principles.
