Mindful Practice with Neil Motenko!

In the next session of Mindfulness Practice with Neil Motenko, we will explore the quality and benefits of “open” and “spacious” awareness that mindfulness can cultivate. The session will include an opening anchor practice as well as an “open” or “choice less” awareness practice, i.e., being open and receptive to and present with whatever comes into awareness moment to moment. The session will also include a check-in with those participating, discussion and Q&A, as we gather in a community of practice. Newcomers to Neil’s series are welcome at any time. In collaboration with the Center at the Heights.
