This 45-minute class offers a full body workout, sensitive to special needs and adaptations. The class uses a chair, a light set of dumbbells, and a resistance band. If necessary, soup cans and a rolled towel or a belt can be used instead. Instructor Kim Crowley specializes in helping people find a path to wellness that they enjoy. Her knowledge, motivational style, energy, and compassion make participants feel safe, engaged, and understood. We offer two 45-minute classes per week online via Zoom Tuesdays and Fridays. $4 for 45 minutes.
