For centuries artists have imagined and reinterpreted the central characters in the story of the nativity. Mindfulness practice can awaken us to more of life’s moments and promote a nonjudgmental awareness that helps handle life’s challenges. The next session of the series on Mindfulness Practice with Neil Motenko will include basic guided practices designed to promote moment-to-moment awareness, and will feature some of the beautiful and wise poetry that reflects the qualities and practice of mindfulness.  The session will also include a check-in with those participating, and discussion and Q&A, as we gather in a community of practice.  Each session in the series stands on its own. Newcomers to Neil’s series are welcome at any time.
