Run for Local Office in Wellesley

Moderator, Board of Selectmen, School Committee and Board of Health are looking for new members. Many other positions are up for election. See complete list.

Nomination papers for town-wide office are available until January 11, 2019 at 5:00 pm. Nomination papers for Town Meeting members are available until January 25, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The Town Clerk's office is open 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Go to the website for more information.

If you are currently a Town Meeting member who's term is expiring, please notify the Town Clerk no later than January 22nd to get your name on the ballot.

Provide Input on Electronic Voting at Town Meeting by Friday

All Town Meeting members should have received a survey to provide their input on Electronic Voting at Town Meeting. Surveys are due on Friday, December 14th. If you did not receive a survey, please check your spam folder and/or email kckato@wellesleyma.gov.

Town Meeting Coming Soon

Town Meeting starts on Monday March 25, 2019. Wellesley committees, boards and departments have been hard at work preparing budgets and warrant articles. The warrant closes on December 28th and the Advisory Public Hearing for ATM 2019 is scheduled for January 30th in the Juliani Room at 7 PM.

Revised Bylaws and FY2018 Annual Report Available Now

The revised Zoning Bylaws and Town Bylaws are online. Printed copies are for sale at the Town Clerk's office ($20 for ZBL and $15 for TBL). The 2018 Annual Report books are available for free.
