    Remember that the moment the reading happens the utility usage will be charged to the buyer. Final meter readings can be scheduled up to 10 days prior to the closing. 27. Your final bill will be available the next business day and can be emailed to you or your agent. Final Utility Bill Payments can be picked up and paid for at the WMLP, 4 Municipal Way during regular business hours the day after the reading has been completed.
