All Wellesley municipal buildings and offices will be closed on Monday, April 17, 2023 for Patriot's Day and the running of the 127th Boston Marathon.
These closures include the Tolles Parsons Center and the Wellesley Free Libraries. The Recycling and Disposal Facility (RDF) will also be closed.
Due to the Marathon, many roads in Wellesley will be closed for much of the day. Areas around Central Street (Route 135) and Washington Street will be significantly impacted. Temporary NO PARKING signs will be posted in many areas.
Roads will close at 8:30 a.m. and remain closed until at least 3:30 p.m. No traffic will be allowed to cross the race route once roads are closed!

Municipal buildings and offices will reopen for regular business on Tuesday, April 18.
