Submit an application to run the 2024 Boston Marathon for the Town of Wellesley.
The Town receives a limited number of invitational entries to distribute to local nonprofits and the War Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Applications are on the Town website for charities and runners who would like to be considered for these entries. Completed applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27 in order to be considered.
Nonprofit organizations should complete the Town of Wellesley 2024 Marathon Charity Application. Individual runners should either (a) complete the Town of Wellesley 2024 Marathon Individual Application indicating interest in running for the War Memorial Scholarship Fund; or (b) connect with a nonprofit organization recruiting runners.
Return applications via email to Stephanie Hawkinson (shawkinson@wellesleyma.gov), or deliver them to 888 Worcester Street, Suite 120 (Route 9 East) which is the temporary location for Wellesley Town Hall.
The Select Board will review all applications and will allocate the entries at the December 5 regular meeting.
