Looking for affordable housing? A program from Metro West Collaborative Development is offering free housing search services for households in Natick, Needham, Newton, Wellesley, and Weston.

When funds are available, financial assistance grants may also be available to individuals who live in these five towns and meet the income criteria. This program is funded through Newton Wellesley Hospital. 

 Apply now to see if you might be eligible for: 

  • FREE one-on-one Housing Search Counseling sessions
  • Up to $500 for a back-to-work grant
  • Up to $2500 for a housing-related financial assistance grant
