Changes Planned for Online Bill Payments
This fall, the Treasurer's Office is changing the online bill payment vendor to make it more convenient and less confusing for taxpayers to monitor and pay Real Estate, Personal Property, and Excise Tax bills.
City Hall Systems will replace current online vendor Invoice Cloud beginning with bills for the 2nd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2025. These Q2 bills will go out in late September and are due by November 1, 2024.
Set up your City Hall Systems bill payment account via the Town of Wellesley website. Please note: If you currently pay your bills online, you will need to set up a new account on City Hall Systems. We cannot transfer your information from one vendor to another.
Go Green! The new online payment system will also allow taxpayers to schedule payments and/or receive bills electronically. Sign up through the City Hall Systems e-payment webpages to prepare for the Q2 billing cycle.
Questions? Please contact City Hall Systems at 508-381-5455.
Watch for upcoming reminders in the coming months about these bill payment changes.
