Give input on the future of preschool in Wellesley!
The Future of Preschool Task Force is holding two virtual focus groups in January to get community input on the current Wellesley Public Schools (WPS) preschool model.
Formed in 2023, the Task Force, in partnership with the School Committee, is working to review current preschool options and assess the needs of our youngest learners and our community.
Once the focus groups are completed, a survey will be shared with the community. The Task Force is scheduled to make recommendations for the School Committee’s consideration at the end of this school year.
Community members, and especially parents of young children, are invited to register for one of two Zoom meetings:
- Monday, January 27, 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Sign up using this link. This meeting is geared toward Wellesley parents of pre-school age students.
- Thursday, January 30, 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Sign up using this link. This meeting is open to the broader community.
Registration for the Zoom meetings is on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to 15 people.
