The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will close exit ramps on I-90/I-95 overnight from Sunday, August 24 through Thursday, August 28, between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
This closure may impact drivers in Wellesley.
Drivers who want to access I-90 east and west from I-95 (Route 128) northbound will be rerouted to exit 41 to reverse direction to I-95 southbound and take exit 39A.
This closure is necessary for crews to safely conduct construction operations related to the Newton/Weston bridge rehabilitation project at I-90/I-95 interchange. Expect delays, reduce speeds, and please use caution.
Signs, law enforcement details, and message boards are in place to alert drivers.
