The Wellesley community honored all Veterans on Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. during the annual Veterans' Day ceremony.
Similar ceremonies took place in the other West Suburban Veterans District towns of Needham, Wayland, Weston, and Westwood.
The Wellesley event was held at the Town War Memorial and included readings by local Veterans and a keynote speech from Lt. Commander Tavish Gould, a U.S. Navy Veteran and TOPGUN instructor, who is a Wellesley resident.
Members of the Wellesley Police and Fire Department Honor Guards also participated in the ceremony.
Thank you to everyone who attended to help recognize the dedication and sacrifices of those who have served our Country.
