The Board of Assessors has released Fiscal Year 2020 proposed property values for Wellesley.
These preliminary assessments are made available through a public disclosure program conducted by the assessors as part of a Department of Revenue (DOR) comprehensive audit that takes place every five years.

The proposed values are published pending preliminary DOR certification and are available for review on the FY 2020 List of Preliminary Assessments by property.
