Wellesley Weather Advisory: Due to the predicted snowstorm, the Recycling and Disposal Facility (RDF) will be closed on Thursday, December 17.
Most Town buildings remain closed to the public during the ongoing pandemic, and staff continues to work remotely and will be available to respond to emails and phone calls. Wellesley Public Schools will follow a remote learning schedule.
Public safety officers and first responders are available to assist with any emergencies.
Public Works crews have pre-treated all roadways and will be plowing the streets and main sidewalks in Town throughout the duration of the storm.
Residents are encouraged to "Adopt a Fire Hydrant" in their neighborhoods to help make sure hydrants are cleared of snow.
As visibility may be limited due to the extreme conditions, please use caution and wear reflective clothing if you are outside during the storm to make sure you stand out and can be seen by drivers.
