Wellesley Public Health Banner

Feeling distressed or anxious about the threat of climate change?

Join a free, virtual discussion on Thursday, March 3 with Kelsey Hudson, Ph.D. on the psychological response to climate change. This event takes place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is primarily for students and young adults but parents, grandparents, and nature lovers are also invited to participate.

Learn how climate change impacts mental health, explore common reactions to climate change, and identify strategies for coping with the current climate crisis.

Please register in advance for this program. To help shape the discussion, participants may email questions to Sustainable Wellesley.

Dr. Hudson is a child/adolescent Clinical Psychologist at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University and has a private practice specializing in treating climate distress.

This program is co-hosted by the Wellesley Health Department and Sustainable Wellesley
