The Office of the Attorney General has approved the Town Bylaws and Zoning Bylaws voted at the 2023 Annual Town Meeting.
The Town Bylaws are effective June 8, 2023, the date of the notice publication.
Although the Zoning Bylaw that revised the language of Zoning Bylaw Article 3.6.1 for the 40R Wellesley Park Smart Growth Overlay District has been approved by the Office of the Attorney General, final approval is pending approval from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), formerly known as the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
