Run for a Town Meeting member seat in Wellesley. Candidates are needed in almost all precincts.
To run for Town Meeting, you must be a Wellesley resident but there is no age requirement or citizenship requirement. Individuals must live in the precinct in which they're running, have an interest in municipal government, and be available for night meetings in both the spring and fall.
Interested candidates must get at least 10 signatures from registered voters in their precinct in order to be nominated.
Pick up nomination papers in the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall, 1st Floor (525 Washington Street) by 5:00 p. m. on Friday, January 23.
Papers must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27.
Wellesley's Annual Town Elections will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
The last day to register to vote in the Town Elections is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026.
