Hats off to Dr. Suess! Wellesley Town officials, school administrators and staff marked in Wellesley Public Schools (WPS).
The annual National Education Association (NEA) reading motivation and awareness program encourages communities to celebrate reading on March 2, which is the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss.
Beginning on Friday, March 1 and running through Tuesday, March 5, local Wellesley officials and town government staff are taking part in a reading party at P.A.W.S. (Preschool at Wellesley Schools). Participants are reading favorite books to ten different classes of preschoolers.
Our thanks to all of the guest readers including WPS Superintendent Dr. David Lussier!
