Safely dispose of fertilizer, antifreeze, flammables, pesticides and other hazardous household products at the Recycling and Disposal Facility (RDF) on Sunday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Secure document destruction services (shredding) will also be offered during the same times.
Wellesley's annual Hazardous Household Product collection day is an important part in the Town's integrated approach to environmentally-friendly waste management.
Accepted items include: aerosol cans, antifreeze, bleach, fertilizers, lead-based paint, sharps, unused fire starters and more.
Unaccepted items include: batteries, infectious materials, controlled substances (drugs), gas cylinders, smoke detectors, spot removers and more.
