The Office of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has approved the Wellesley 2019 Special Town Meeting Town Bylaw and Zoning Bylaw Articles.
Town Bylaw Amendment effective June 6, 2019.
- Article 10, TBL Amendment -- Amend Article 8.10 posting of the Warrant.
The Town of Wellesley shall henceforth publish amendments to the Town Bylaw (MGL Chapter 40 Section 32).
Zoning Bylaw Amendments effective as of May 13, 2019, the date of the Town Meeting vote.
