The Tolles Parsons Center (TPC) will be closed from Friday, August 9 through Friday, August 16 for building work and carpet replacement.
The building will reopen on Monday, August 19.
The TPC, located at 500 Washington Street, is home to the Wellesley Council on Aging. The building is used for COA progams, events and meetings.
During the closure, COA staff members will be relocated to the Department of Public Works building at 20 Municipal Way. Phones will be forwarded so residents can still call the COA at 781-235-3961.
Several COA programs will be relocated to other locations in Wellesley during the closure. These locations include the Wellesley Free Library (530 Washington Street), Warren Recreation Building (90 Washington Street) and the Morton Circle Community Room (503 Washington Street next to the Wellesley Police Department).
A complete list of relocated programs, schedules and meeting locations is on the COA website.
Thank you for your patience during this project.
