The Wellesley Civil Discourse Initiative aims to build a diverse team of trained facilitators made up of Town staff and community members. In the initial phases, Select Board member Lise Olney and former Wellesley Assistant Executive Director Amy Frigulietti recruited four people who helped develop the facilitator team. now made up of 15 people. Each of these participants was trained in Reflective Structured Dialogue by Essential Partners.
WCDI is let by a rotating planning team made up of the trained volunteer facilitators.
