Wellesley strives to promote and maintain a variety of housing opportunities in our community. The Planning Department works closely with the Select Board Office on potential affordable housing initiatives and developments. Staff operations are supported by the Wellesley Housing Authority, the Wellesley Affordable Housing Trust, nonprofit and for-profit developers, and other public entities.
