Park & Tree Maintenance

The Park and Tree Division is part of the Wellesley Public Works Department and is responsible for the care and upkeep of all of town parkland, conservation land and other open spaces.

Parking Clerk

The Parking Clerk administers and processes citations issued to motorists found to be in violation of Wellesley parking regulations.

Planning

The Planning Department provides staff support to a variety of town boards and commissions related to land use. Planning staff also assist residents and developers through permitting processes and engage in long-term planning including research of economic, demographic, and development trends.

Police

The Wellesley Police Department is primarily responsible for all law enforcement activities within the Town of Wellesley, Massachusetts.

The Recreation Department provides recreational, educational and leisure opportunities for all Wellesley residents, and also manages the beach and swimming facilities at Morses Pond.
