Mark your calendars for important dates at the Wellesley Recycling and Disposal Facility (RDF). Beginning in April, the RDF moves to its 2019 spring schedule, offering additional recycling opportunities for residents.
Please note these events:
- Saturday, April 6 - Paint Recycling, 9 AM to 1 PM
- Sunday, April 7 - RDF Open on Sundays through November, 11 AM to 3 PM
- Thursday, April 11 - Reusables Area Re-Opens (weather permitting), 7 AM to 3:45 PM
- See RDF website for specific hours for spring, summer and fall season
- Monday, April 15 - RDF Closed for Patriot's Day Holiday
Also, additional food waste drop-off containers are now located at each residential trash compactor for all residents participating in the food waste drop-off program.
And please remember to recycle any campaign signs. A collection area is located on the Recycling Wall to the right of the recycling building.
