The Department of Public Works (DPW) will be redoing sidewalks on Central Street on Thursday, October 3rd.
Work will take place in front of Peet's Coffee and Bruegger's Bagels between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. but should not cause major traffic or pedestrian problems.
Contractors will be repairing walkways and installing ADA compliant ramps.
Two metered parking spaces in each of these areas will be unavailable during construction.
A Wellesley Police Department officer will be on-site to safely direct pedestrians through alternate walking routes.
