Natural Gas & Public Health

How do our energy choices affect the health of our communities? A conference at Boston University on January 30, 2018, brought together experts in the areas of science, public health, and public policy to examine the implications of natural gas infrastructure on our health from a local to a global perspective. NRC vice chair, Dr. Regina LaRocque, who is also a physician at Mass General Hospital in Boston and an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, was a lead organizer of the conference.
