Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance
The Town of Wellesley is committed to accessibility and inclusion for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability in our programs, services, activities and employment practices.
If you need auxiliary aids and services for effective communication (such as a sign language interpreter, an assistive listening device or print material in digital format) or a reasonable modification in programs, services or activities to equally particpate due to a disability related limitation, please contact the Town of Wellesley ADA Coordinator Joe Murray by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 781-489-4255.
If you need reasonable accommodations to attend meetings or presentations, please send your request at least two business days in advance to give the Town adequate time to secure the accommodations. We will try to accommodate requests received after this deadline and work with individuals on a case-by-case basis, however we may be unable to filfill specific requests due to time constraints.

Americans with Disabilities Act Grievance Procedure
Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability by the Town of Wellesley may be sent to the Town ADA Coordinator, Joe Murray at email@example.com or by calling 781-489-4255. The ADA Coordinator will contact the complainant within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
