New employees and employees who become benefit eligible for the first time during their employment with the Town are eligible to sign up to sign up for $10,000 - $250,000 of guaranteed life insurance within the first 30 days of their benefit eligible date. Supplemental life insurance is available only during the first 30 days of employment or during the first 30 days of initial benefit eligibility and is not an open enrollment offering. If you have supplemental life insurance at the time of open enrollment, you may change the amount you are enrolled in at that time.
